What are the Chronicles?

After an attempt at writing in 2016, I didn’t think I would ever return to blogging again. At that point, I really didn’t feel like I had much to talk about.

Since then, I have had thousands of different conversations with friends, coworkers, and strangers about life in San Francisco, gaming, being Mexican-American, urbanism, and favorite bars and restaurants, among other things. Conversations that I feel need to be shared, based on my unique perspective.

This newsletter is a way of writing down thoughts on life in San Francisco as seen from my eyes. Whatever the topic, I hope you can join me as I share my opinions and stories with you (and hopefully entertain you too).

Cricket in Spanish is “Grillo”. You know, it kind of sounds like “Grilango”?
